 Prior to commencing any Illustrative project we do require a 50% minimum deposit. This deposit must also clear first, so if you're paying by check or money order, the payment must clear first. If paying through Pay Pal, the same applies, whereas it is a much faster form of payment, any work commissioned will commence when the cleared deposit amount of 50% is received. We will update this in your account information section.
Once the Illustration is complete, as a courtesy, we will send you a link where you can view your illustration. Your illustration will be shipped to the shipping address you specified, upon the receiving / clearing of your final payment. Once your payment has cleared we will post the payment amount and shipping company and tracking code where you can view that information by logging into your account.
Your Illustration will be posted to our samples section of our website. If ordering a house portrait or pet portrait, it will be labeled "Exclusive".
Prices for custom work will vary, and will require communications beyond this website. Custom work includes Wall Murals, Logo Design, Original Artworks, Commercial Buildings and Prints. |
